INPUT & GIPFELI
In the "Input & Gipfeli" format, a one-hour Zoom session is used to address a problem that concerns production managers in their everyday lives. An expert gives a short input on the topic (approx. 20 minutes) and then answers your questions. For example, there was input on founding an association, personnel administration, social security, accounting and touring.
“Input & Gipfeli” always takes place from 9 to 10 a.m.

Withholding tax is a recurring topic in artFAQ consultations – which is why we are dedicating an “Input & Croissants” session to it. The focus will be on withholding tax returns for employees living in Switzerland.
Ian Tüscher and Nicos Verweymeren will provide an overview of the purpose and function of withholding tax. They will explain the process when hiring employees subject to withholding tax and outline the options for calculating the withholding tax rate.

In addition, they will place particular emphasis on the employment of individuals in fixed-term contracts – a situation that frequently occurs in the cultural sector. As always with “Input & Croissants,” there will be plenty of time afterwards for your questions.
