In Zürich's independent performance, dance and theater scene there is a lack of competent production managers. There is still no training programme that takes into account the specific conditions of the independent scene when it comes to production. Particularly practice-oriented training and further education is very important for entering the professional field of production management. In order to close this educational gap, artFAQ now offers RUNDLAUF, an assistance program that lasts for an entire theater season and complements the other assistance programs of artFAQ.

 

With RUNDLAUF you will gain insight into 4 – 5 different institutions of the independent scene over an entire theater season (10 months) and actively work in the area of production. In the course of the year, you will take on more and more responsibility until you finally lead a first production on your own. The goal of RUNDLAUF is to train a person who will remain in the independent scene in the Zürich region and who will be able to support various artists and groups in the area of production in the future.
